We recognise that our members come in all shapes and sizes. For this reason there is a training option to suit everyone. Beginners to advanced and sprint distance to Ironman, our super coaches provide a wide variety of ongoing training options for members.
Weekly Setanta Sessions
We have a number of regular sessions were members meet up for group training. As start times and routes may vary, please check the forum or Facebook site for the latest details. The usual sessions are:
- A Saturday/Sunday long ride or a bike/run combo session, suitable for all levels (road cycling skills assumed).
- Masters Swim training (winter).
A training option for athletes looking for a casual approach to ongoing training. It offers the opportunity to train with other members and seek professional coaching input where necessary.
Members can attend any session on the club training schedule
Prices range from €5.00 to €10.00, depending on the session.
Great for a club member who wants to have a regular commitment to training, but the flexibility to choose any 3 or 5 sessions from the schedule per week to attend.
