Beginners Course

Setanta Begineers Course Training Sessions

Our next block of specific training for beginners will commence on Thursday 13th Feb. These sessions are designed to take you from novice level to a level where you can complete the Blackrock Sprint Triathlon in June.

The sessions are broken down as follows:

Run: Sessions Dunleer track Thursdays 8.15pm-9.15pm
Swim: Sessions Felda pool Saturdays  6.45pm-7.45pm
Bike Sessions from Felda Sundays 9am- 10/11am.

All sessions are tech. & skill based.

Sessions start on thurs. 13th and run for an 8 week block.
